i have this gas tank i got from god knows where and today i was going through my spare parts drewer and found it. while looking at it i noticed it doesn't have the little pump thing like the stock tank in my nmt.

basically my question is if i want to use it how will i get the gas to go from the tank to the mill if there isnt no pump?

Simple. To prime, just hold your finger over the exhaust tip and pull the pullstart a few times. By holding the tip, you send all the exhaust pressure to the fuel tank which then forces fuel to the carb. Watch the fuel line. Keep pulling until you see fuel go up the fuel line and just reach the carb. Then take your finger off the exhaust, pop the ignitor on and fire it up.

i normaly pull the presure line off the exhaust and blow down it lol:hehe:

I do that too sometimes dagon, but I usually end up with an awful taste in my mouth haha. I usually hold the exhaust to prime.

Danny its actually better to have a primerless (that pump you are talking about) tank, without one there is less likely you will have a leak, so you get more consistant tuning.

ok thanks guys. i wanted to know because i was looking at the hellfire gas tanks and its like that. thats the tank I'm putting into my nmt in a couple weeks. my tank his been through alot. its not even the same color no more and the primer is bent.

Yeah primer tanks kinda suck. They always seem to leak. Primerless is ALOT better.
