So I went to get a can of gas for my Baja and I was not paying very close attention to how much I put in the can.....until I was over a gallon. So how do you figure the 25:1 mix ratio for a oddball number such as 1.36 gallons of fuel? Here is a handy conversion below. Of course I could always do it the old fashion way. A gallon is 128 oz. So 128 divided by 25 gives me 5.12 oz of oil for a gallon..easy right? How about my oddball number?....Take the 1.36 gallons x 128=174 oz of gas...again divide by 25...gives you 6.96oz of oil for 25:1 in a 1.36 gallons of fuel. But I am lazy and think the link is easier. If I don't make a lot of sense it is 1 in the morning here and I am half awake....:D
