Hey Chris, welcome to the site.

We really have a great environment here. Although we don't have nearly as much crawler specific information, the crawler section has been growing in leaps and bounds and shows no signs of slowing down.

Guys, for those of you that don't know Chris, he's an amazing individual. Some of you may remember the hpibajaforum.com lottery a while back to raise money for juvenile diabetis. They built a KILLER all out on budget shelf queen quality HPI Baja 5B, and then sold tickets and donated ALL of the proceeds to charity.

Chris was the guy who bought the Baja and spearheaded the operation, just because he believes in supporting charities that are close to his heart. He's preparing to build a portable crawler course to take the local Children's Hospital, along with several crawlers, so that he can let those poor kids who pracitcally live in the hospital, come outside and spend time running the rock crawlers. I'm glad to call Chris a friend of mine, and I will be working with him in the future on some charity fundraisers.

Make sure you post info on the charity events,so we can all contribute. I can't do a whole lot,but I do understand every little bit helps.

GREAT JOB GUYS!

By the way, very nice basement course!! I wish I had a basement like that.

i wish i had somethign as nice as that to crawl on everynite

rock courses like that grow naturally aroung here. but unfortunatly not inside. sweet course!

and definatly keep us in mind for the charities

good job man, it looks like a fun course.

Thanks we are currently building a cable bridge removed a wall for a spare room and made the crawling room 20 feet longer also building a floatating twig bridge and hauking in another 2 ton of rock crawl outside when the weather is nice but the cold and snow is coming soon so i will be in the basement playing all winter.

Yeah you guys really lose a lot of crawling time up there due to the snow if you don't compensate with an indoor course. I don't think about that often as our colded night here are about 28, and then it usually gets up in the 40s during the day. And thats just for a few days, then we'll have a spell of 60s weather.

One other thing about the indoor course is being able to crawl day or night. I know you work a good bit so its gotta be nice to be able to come home and crawl even if its dark.

I have two dusk to dawn lights over my practice course and the aren't bright enough. We did buy 6 stadium lights for the new course thought.

get some pics of the new bridge and cables!!! yeah man, lol, the snow is already here so indoors the only way to go lol.

Srill in the building stages if all goes as planned naybe by the end of the week need to gather some more branches off some trees first
