I got a T2PH transmitter with a Savage I bought today. It didn't have batteries, so I installed new copper tops in it. Everything seems to work fine, but there are two LEDs on. One green LED for full battery and a red one for LOW battery.

Why would the low battery light be on WITH the green one?

Thanks!

According to the manual, they're both supposed to be on when the batteries are good. When the green goes off and the red flashes, the batteries need replaced.
