When they built another mall near me in New York, they added a new overpass over the New York State Thruway.
All the road construction was done between 10 PM and 6 AM, so those signs really lit up at night.
About 1/2 mile before the construction zone the sign read:

STEEL ERECTION

I went back the next night with a camera, but it had already been changed to OVERHEAD CONSTRUCTION AHEAD.
