Hi all I’m new to rctalk and reasonably new to the world of rc. I have recently picked up a secondhand Sledge Hammer S50. It seems to be in very good condition. It has had the extra fuel tank installed and also has a RB NITRO SUPER-CHARGER KIT RBK 10559 fitted. I am hoping I could get some help with how to run the fuel lines. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance David.

Welcome to the site. Goodluck with this project. Last 20 years everyone around me using rb innovations supercharger says it leans it out and gave up. Also check for spare parts. I'm sure the thunder tiger is discontinued.

There is also this instruction video.

Yeah, I don't see a supercharger on a nitro engine really working. I don't know that much about nitro, but do they come with an electric fuel pump or something? Supercharging anything requires a lot of extra fuel. And running a supercharged engine lean is a recipe for disaster.

I have also heard that that super chargers did not work but I never actually tried one.
The design of a nitro motor is very different than a 4 stroke motor. The principles do not carry over for compressing the air/fuel mixture.
I don't see how it would work.

I think it's belt driven and that's it. Engine rpm mm makes it ho faster but the fuel is the same.

I've only heard complaints of that supercharger, which makes sense because all pressure flies out the exhaust port once the intake port is closed.
Having an advanced electric fuel pressurizer would make the engine work, but it wouldn't be any more powerful.
I'd try running it the way it is but if it's this situation for you as well, remove the supercharger.

Why would RPM increase?

Exactly. The lack of a valve system simply won't allow for the blower to operate on a nitro. 🤷‍♀️

Well in that case, yeah, I wouldn't run it. Increasing the air pressure and not the fuel pressure is a big no-no in 1:1. It's the same with nitrous. Running lean does bad things. Pistons melt, heads warp, etc. Even seen a few engines catch fire.
