fouling out glow plugs

hey guys gotta quick question i have a jato 3.3 and it ran great for a while probobly 12 tanks after break in and now I'm constantly going threw glow plugslike 1 every 5 min..gone threw 4 so far) I'm thinking about leaning it out a little ???

is the glow plug shiny(wet) or is it greyish color?onder2:

Go to the General R/C Nitro talk tab then click on the Nitro Tuning Tips and Flow Chart tab. What a great help this was. At the bottom is a glow plug symptom check
