My Flysky FS-G7P+ transmitter no longer cares to allow me to use it to drive my crawlers, so I did some internet sleuthing prior to emailing the Flysky Company. I got the LIST of questions as I have come to understand is a common response and I understand they need info to evaluate difficulties. I gotta say I am weirding out about how to video a non working electronic device. I did mention trying to video, say, of a non-functioning light bulb as an example...we shall see.

Are you wanting a picture of the transmitter that is not working? This is similar to taking a picture of a light bulb that does not work. There is no value of a picture of a product that has no damage but will not operate correctly. While I have some experience as a photographer I fail to understand how I can take a picture of a failed electronic device that would be of any value. And…a video of an electronic device that is not working? Sounds similar to a video of a light bulb that does not light up. The Transmitter is not “broken” and there is no physical damage on the product itself. I was able to use the product for 6-8 crawling events and I do enjoy the item, but the radio stopped responding. I discovered that ALL of the settings were missing, and further I was unable to access the menu. After that I was able to access part of the menu but was unable to make any settings. Also the menu could only be utilized in one direction only, but no menu items could be changed. I did reset the radio after understanding how to access the sub-menus that (now) only went in a single direction, I think this is called “looping” as there is no way to go either direction in the menu itself. I did bind the transmitter repeatedly but the system will not hold the settings.
After some research I see that this is a known issue with this particular product. I have of course tried the solutions outlined by your company but was not able to have the product function correctly. I have asked an experienced Tech that I know to see if he would be able to use your Flysky Assistant program to refresh the radio, but he was also not able have the program recognize the product with either a Windows or Mac computer system.

Please understand that I do like the product and and the way it is laid out. I do not think Flysky is making products that are inferior, but sometime things fail. I have two other Flysky radios that have always performed correctly and makes me think that the Flysky systems are good products. This particular FS-G7P+ radio seems to have difficulties that the other systems do not usually have.

Further, after much searching the internet for information I have found instances of communications with other Flysky owners regarding product issues. These people contacted your company and , as in this case, were asked to answer questions and supply information. I understand the need for information so you may evaluate the difficulties, but many of these people claim that answering your questions only resulted in your company needing MORE information, and then requests for even more information followed by no further response from Flysky. I have heard from people that had communications ignored after a few responses from Flysky Company. I have no clue if this is the way customer service issues are handled at Flysky ,but, if so, we can avoid wasting each others time. I anticipate that your company will offer a satisfactory solution, but indications are not favorable based on the information I have gathered. I hope to discover that complaints about your customer service are unfounded, and if this is the case I WILL be a person that will let others know my experience with the Flysky has been quite satisfactory.
I work in a customer service oriented company and have come to understand the company that stands behind their products will soon see that customers stand behind the company….

So There! I will update if this issue moves forward...
 
sort of an update. I should mention that Amazon Has informed me that they will stand behind their customer (me) regardless of any Flysky response. Need to ship it back and they will extend a credit for the radio. I, like others, are working on hating the giant Amazon retail service, but, for me (and not only this difficulty but some that are my fault 🤦‍♂️) they have handled the issues very well...
