Kyosho Fazer stock class:
Key Regulations
Chassis: Must be the Kyosho Fazer Mk2 (FZ02) platform. No cutting, shaving, or lightening of the chassis is permitted.
Motor/ESC: Stock Kyosho brushed motor and ESC (e.g., KA-60691W) required. Some clubs allow cooling fans.
Battery: 2S LiPo shorty or standard stick packs.
Gearing: Stock 68T spur and 32T pinion (48 pitch).
Tires/Wheels: Generally, rubber tires on spec spoke wheels, max 26mm width.
Body: Must use a Kyosho Fazer-compatible body.
Upgrades: Limited to specific Kyosho hop-ups, such as ball bearings, oil-filled shocks, and universal swing shafts.
Electronics: Any transmitter and servo are typically allowed.
Prohibited Modifications
No, locking differentials (must operate freely).
No, motor or ESC modifications.
No, extra weight/ballast added to the chassis.
No, electronic driver aids or gyros.
Note: Rules can vary by local track, particularly regarding whether they allow brushless upgrades for specific "pro" classes.
Offroad rules/classes:
Classes are remaining the same, although some rules have changed
-No carpet pin tires are allowed at this time (there has been some confusion of running new pins, or running pins to get them bald, it is still unsure to most people, I would contact RD if have any questions)
-Must run slick or bald tires, ie ProLine Bald Eagles, JCon Smoothies, any other "clay compound" slick
-SXT 3.0 compound/sauce is now allowed, but tires must be dry before going on track
-For 2/4wd buggies, must have shock tower protectors
-All classes must have chassis protectors
