I still need a body reamer, getting it tomorrow. What is the best way to cut a hole out for the cooling head?

nice. it looks very 20's gangta. simple and clean, just my style.

i used a dremel for my bodies...

For the cooling head hole, I use a reamer to make a few holes, then use some lexan scissors (the curved ones) to cut out the hole, then dremel the rough edges.
