first buggy help

Alrighty alot of my friends got buggies so i was thinking abotu getting one this spring. now my question is what is the best buggy that is rtr, doesn't have to have radio, for around 400-450 bucks. i hear good things about the hyper 7 rtr but hear the engine needs a new carb, how about the ultra mbx pro? what are some good choices for a first buggy. I dont want hassles want good power for bashing and good reliability. thanks

Hb lightning pro. You can get it for $290 ofline and it is a clone of the kyosho inferno 7.5.

yeah hotbodies has a good RTR buggy.. alot of Kyosho parts fit on the buggy.. cheap.. and with 450 to spend.. you can use the extra cash to get a better steering servo.. and save for a good motor..
