Everything here is illegal. Anything explosive is illegal in California. The next county sells fountians and stuff... The ground flowers are kinda cool... They fit in paintball gun barrels perfectly.. and look like a bottle rocket when shot. When i go to Arkansas to visit my grandpa and uncle, i light off some fireworks... they have some good stuff there, and pretty cheap too. A friend and i made a firecracker... well maybe dynamite... It was a 8 inch piece of 2 inch pvc. We glued and capped both ends and drilled a hole in one cap. Then we filled it up and packed it down... Took about a half hour to fill... It was so packed I'm surprised we could get a fuse in there. We shoved a 10 inch fuse in the hole and hot glued it in there. Then, on new years, we took it outside (i live out in the country... our nearest neighbor is like 500 yards away.). We found a hole and stuck it in. He lit the fuse and we ran our asses off (the flying pvc shards are scary to think about when flying at such a high velocity). Well, it went off, and the hole grew like 10 times the size. The ground shook and the house rattled. My mom came out of the house and said, are you guys ok? LOL They said the windows sounded like they were gonna break. There was a few little tiny pieces of plastic blown into the sides of the hole, and nothing else. The loudness of that thing was unbelievable. Sounded like 10 .44 magnums in one... Loudest thing i have ever heard. I can say, i will never do that again... The cops started patrolling the streets like 5 mins after it went off.
