I am going to bring my firestorm back to life over the next week or so. I need to get a mamba max and a set of rear tires for it. The stock tires don't last worth a crap so i am looking for a harder compound to use. This thing only runs on the pavement. I prefer something i can get pre-mounted on HPI rims if possible. The hex's have that little lip on the edge so i would like to stay with hpi rims.
 
ok clowns, i decided to run proline 2.2 road rage's on all 4 corners with proline 8 shooter beadlocks.
 
I think you'll like those tires. I have a set that I run on my T3/GT (they share tires) whenever I want to run on pavement. They're 7 years old, and still look like new.
