Got my vette interceptor finished here are some pics. The T/A is still unfinished.

I'm having trouble tuning it. Damn thing wants to take off on start up. And when i hit the brakes it shuts off.
 
Looks good just don't roll it and take out the light bar.. and you might start out with the break in settings and go from there but it sounds like you need to turn down the idle screw for starters there should only be just a realy small gap when you look down inside of the carb like 1mm...

sounds like your throttle trim is a little high and your idle set screw is too closed...reset all your linkages and radio trims.....
 
That thing looks good. As I'm running my RC's I will be slowing down when I come up on hills to make sure I don't get caught in an RC speed trap.

+1 on that. It's either that or you've got a broken clutch spring or damaged clutch/bearings.
