The local news said that 400 local gas stations were fined for changing there prices more than once a day.
I guess there not allowed to do that.

They say that gougers will be fined a large amount of money.
They're looking into it.

Its not even close for my zip.
They have the local price gouger as having the lowest price. When I looked this morning he was .12 more then what it shows on the link. Hmmmm... Wonder if he is telling Chevron hes selling for a lower price then what he has at the pump. It wouldn't surprise me.

Me too. I passed the gas station 2 days ago, (9/6) $3.49 for regular.

wow. you guys have it easy. We are right next to the border and prices are off the scale. Thank god we have a private filling station on the land, or it would mean bad news. I don't even WANT to see what the prices are around here.

I would like to see them put it on the stations that are doing the gouging.

The station I buy at is pre-pay day or night because of the drive-offs. If ya fill up, leave a large bill, credit card, driver's license.... Maybe your first born male child?
