That's a lot of work... and personally would never do it lol simply because I'm lazy.

I do the basic stuff after my bashing. blow the whole car with air compressor which gets rid of most of the heavy dirt/mud. I then spray most of the car with denatured alcohol and then give it another go with the compressor. after run oil, clean filter, good look around for anything broken/loose and DONE.

but good job on the cleaning and bashing :). I only wish I had that much time and dedication to the cleaning.

you need to clean it pretty good as often as you can, or else your suspension will start binding and not operate properly, and that will cause premature wear.

i clean, bash, and do a cheack up everyday so i really ain't worred about anything going bad but i still wacth for it

I know what you're saying. I do clean all moving parts to make sure dirt is left, Such as the Axle carriers and the bearings along with the shocks.
For that, denatured alcohol works well.

Meticulously cleaning the chassis, guards, skid plates and so on is not really my priority. Though it'd be nice to have spanking clean cars, I just don't really have the time for it.

Also, personally, I don't feel like spending an hour bashing and spending 10 hours cleaning it. In that case, my hobby wouldn't really be running R/C cars but rather Cleaning R/C cars lol.

Note to OP: I'm not putting down your work in ANY WAY or form. I think you did a wonderful job cleaning it, I'm simply stating my personal preferences.
