Finally got my PCR done. (dial up beware)

You know it! That's why I have the 086 pipe on there at the moment. That track is huge and has two very long straights. I also plan on getting an 063 for it and running in Bartow as well, which is a shorter, tighter track. But Boggy is just awesome, you ready for another Florida trip?

Yep. Either in April or June. Hopefully by then, I'll have a buggy & this time we can make it to boggy.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOH, boggy creek ... heard lots of good things about it. I'd sure like to come down. I missed the last one but not this next one if I can help it.

Boggy Creek is having zoning trouble. And for as long as it has been going on, things don't look good right now for that track. In January it was noise issues with their PA system and now its zoning issues. Some people just don't want anyone to have fun. So as of right now I don't think there is any racing going on in Boggy Creek. :shrug:

the site for the track didn't say they were closed.....I thought they had a race up there last month too?......
well NC you can always come here and we can do mills pond or Coral springs on the weekends

They were supposed to have the trinity? race there, but have been pretty much shut down. I think they are going to have the trinity race at mills pond. Bobby moore would know. He is involved with that race.

OH GOODY....another big race...they'll probably change the layout again.....it sucks cause they change the track around so much there.....just as you get a line down on one layout they mix it all up again....I guess that's good and bad.....I just got the real PITA section wired the last time I was there.....and I found a section I can pass people in the air.... I gotta get vid of that move cause it's just SOOOOOO sweet....

Boggy creek or Mills Pond?
I know at mills we're worried about the parks dept wanting to get rid of the track altogether

Its the Maxy's race, it was supposed to be at Boggy Creek. They are leaning towards Mills Pond and they plan on expanding for the race. Its scheduled for Nov.

Plaid I am in Avon Park, FL. Their website hasn't been updated since last year from what I saw. I got the info about zoning issues and the PA system from the front page of rcproseries.com The Pro Series was supposed to run at Boggy Creek in February but the PA system issue made Boggy trade dates with Mills Pond. Then toward the end of July it was announced that Boggy now has zoning problems. so their August race date with RC Pro Series has been given to a track in South Carolina.

NC you are going to love the new layout in Bartow :devious: that they just put down last week. I was there tonight and saw a couple nitro guys running practice laps. The people in Bartow can't wait to test our track here in AP.
