Finally 2 speed works.... Resolution Inside

after a lot of fussing and losi sending me a new owb and clutch assm, i found that re drilling the 2 speed clutch shoes so the screws can move more freely solved my answer.

Drill 2 areas as noted with Red Lines**

are you over sizing the holes or setting the shoulder deeper?

How do you know the screws won't vibrate out?

Had that issue on a friend of mines. His was getting hung up on the screw threads going through the shoe. I put the screw in a dremel and spun it on a file to gently grind down all but the first 1/4th of the threads. Worked like a charm after that.
