FET Wire

I have a Quantum competition ESC and need to know what to do with this blue wire? Do I solder it to the positive on the motor?

No; if you're running a fet boosted servo (kinda rare nowadays), that wire supplies extra power to it. If you are not, just tuck it out of the way, or trim it down a little. Whatever you do, DO NOT connect it to your motor... I've no idea what would happen, but chances are, it's not gonna end pretty.
