You know, the sad part is that those rims probably weigh a whole shitload more than the stock ones. And i wonder if they could handle the load the Enzo is capable of producing when driving hard.

That particular Enzo was on the TV show Rides.. Those custom Giovanni wheels were made & spec'ed out for that car. They are a pretty expensive manufacturer of High end wheels, so I'm sure it was done right... Anybody catch "Billionaires Toys" the other night on Discovery... DAMN

I bet it was done right, but the wheels that come with it look awsome to me. I wouldn't change them. I was amazed that they drove the Enzo onto the truck just to bring it across the street lol.

Today I had the BEST birthday ever!! My mom has a friend who knows the guy who has the Enzo, so she tracked him down and brought me to his house as a surprise! I saw the Enzo and I even got to sit in it!!!!! Everything is carbon fiber, its incredible. The guy started it up and reved it up and HOLY CRAP it sounds awsome!. It sort of sounds like a nitro engine if u run it with no tuned pipe except A LOT louder. We got all of it on tape and we got a few pics of it! He didn't take me for a ride but hey, its not every day you sit in a 1 Million dollar car.

The reason he got it is because he is a professional racer for ferrari so he was invited to buy one. He bought it for 650,000$. He also owns an F50 and two ferrari racing cars (not street leagal, 1 of a kind). He also has an exta ferrari V-8 it his gerage, its insane and I got to see them all and even sit in the Enzo!!!

I guess I must be the first to say.... Pics??? Audio?? Sounds like you had a blast....

sLY

Yeah I got pics and video, I don't know how to get the video up but I can do the pics. I'll get them up as soon as i can :)

Ok, here are a few pics:

(the one all the way to the right has the owner in the picture)

That is just plain ill!!! What a B-Day. Thanks for sharing with us, I now hate you with jealousy j/k :)

No problem, it was the best B-day I could ask for. It was really awsome because the guy had the Enzo, F50, and 2 race cars that he races at the professional level and he was nice enough to let a 16-year-old sit inside his car that he paid 650,000 for. I asked him how he got it and he said Ferrari personally invited him to buy one of the Enzos. He said it helps to have owned an F50, but not needed. He said the main reason was because he races for them. He also has owned a Ferrari dealership. Very amazing, a very nice guy.

I just made a movie of the Enzo on iMovie. If anyone could tell me how to get it onto this thread I will post it. Mabey put it in Quicktime or something??

Yeah as someone said above the official word is that you must have owned two Ferraris in the past...this was done in order to keep away all the nouveau riche fleas from trying to buy Italian Heritage. The Enzo was reserved for Ferrari purists not the latest tech. stock millionare with a trophy pilates wife with money to blow because he wants to have the new toy on the block.

As someone stated before a company is never going to show their car getting its ass handed to it by a cheaper car let alone a jap. car it would be just poor form.

Someone correctly stated the Skyline when fully prepped and a properly decked out japanese race engine can and HAS handed all the current model Ferrari's their collective asses. The Skyline in question was obviously 4wd with nothing less than 1300whp on tap with 900 lb-ft of torque. The car holds the record on the most technically demanding course in Japan dubbed the cork screw track. Just watching the video made me want to blow chunks.

The only reason I know about the car stipulation above for the Enzo is because my uncle owns a number of vintage Ferraris and he got on the list for the Enzo but was not picked in the lottery to be one of the people to get the honor of getting to buy an Enzo.

Well according to the owner I talked to, you don't HAVE to have owned other Ferraris but it is VERY helpful if you had. This owner said that he was picked because he races for Ferrari, not because has had other Ferraris. Basically, you have to have had some kind of connection with Ferrari to get put in the lottery, you can't have Italian Heritage by being some rich ass bastard. I think this was a very good idea on Ferrari's part.

Also, how do I get the movie I made on here, I know you all would love to see it!

You apparently did not read my whole post. I need to wax my rides and hit the greens today and pack for wine country....let the games begin!

I read your whole post. I was just stating what the owner told me about how he got his Enzo.

Well i find it pretty cool that a 700,000 dollar car with 650 hp is driving around the little town that I live in. I was on my way to my weekly guitar lesson when flying around the corner comes a Ferarri Enzo. Now, i don't know about you, but I have never heard an engine make that kind of sound before.

If you think a ferarri are loud then listen to a viper once in a parking lot a viper reved it engine and it set like 5 car alarms off, It was sweet!!! The most $$$ cars i have ever seen not in a car show are the Lamborghine Mursuligo. And if i could get any car i wanted id get the viper 1000 TT that is a sweet car. Just my exp. though

Wait till I found how to get my movie up, those things are friggin loud. I've heard Vipers rev up to the rev limiter, I gotta say, those things are loud too, but this Enzo has 650 HP and has a sound of it's own.

lol...Mursuligo...I couldn't spell that either...
