Hello, i was wanting to upgrade my 1/8 scale ofna buggy engine to a bigger/faster engine, i have a hyper .21 on it now and was wondering what size is the biggest? and maby where to order it from? thanks =)

if you dont mind dropping a pretty penny i would highly reccomend the jammin jpx .28....makes over 3.5 hp....i had it in my 1/8 scale truggy, and it was just nuts....would roast the tires on command...couldnt pull wheelies due to my suspension, but in a truck with ground clearance I'm sure itll pll the front end up :)

Have you looked at the picco jl red dot range of engines ?

one word of advise though, if you are upping the displacement, make sure your trans system can handle the power. I blew a centre diff apart just after fitting a .30 engine in my buggy.

A good investment might be an alloy centre diff case while you are adding power.

Look into the OFNA Force .21 JL. Great bottom end and it's an absolute screamer on top. It should be paired with a JP4 pipe.

A picco .21 Evo 2 or 3 off road or Jammin JPX .21 plus will be a massive leap up for you.
Highly underrated, overlooked engines.
I have the JL .21 coming anyday now, with a full Extreme Racing Mod....stay tuned!
Box stock the JL was extremely smooth and stupid quick from mid to top, before I even tuned it. I only ran one pipe and 1,000cc's of fuel thru it before sending it off.
