Fail Safe

Just about to order my 1st nitro rc, a savage 4.6, Can someone please let me know where I can buy a failsafe to fit a savage 4.6 as I don't want my 1st ever run to be a disaster lol. I live in the UK as well.

Hmm

Is it worth spending all that on a fail safe with heat protection when i can get a normal fail safe a LOT cheaper? And are they difficult to install, I'm completely new to the RC scene.

People have been doing fine without the Smart Temp fail safe. It is, however, added protection against overheating, especially for the new comer. The fail-safes are simple to install, they just plug into the reciever then the throttle servo into the fail-safe.

The instructions should explain it all, including the programming, which is also easy.
