No prob!! Thats what we are here for man, if you have anything else to ask, go ahead and ask, there is no such thing as a stupid question. Has almost everybody told me in the beginning, the only stupid question, is the one you dont ask...Good luck with the truck!!
 
Fail safes are a very important little item, if your RX loses contact with the TX rather then the car continuing doing whatever it was doing last it moves the servos to a position you decide, usually wheels straight and heavy brakes so you can regain control of it rather then it becoming a "runaway" and destroying itself or hurting someone. Get one if you don't have it already.
 
A throttle return spring should be used as well, I know the Revo 3.3 comes with one installed, not sure about other rigs. It's super cheap and it pulls the throttle back to neutral when you let off the trigger or there is no signal coming from the RX box......just another safety device.
 
Forgot to mention I got the venom smart temp as it seemed like it had a bunch of great features but had problems with the first two glitching, not sure why but just be wary.
