fail safe..

I'm getting a savage ss (replacement for my savage 21) and i have a dinamite fail safe.. this thing seems to be a bit big for the radio box.. does anyone know where to mount this thing?? the ss has all three servos so i can't put it in the middle..(where it is in my 21) anyone have pictures of theres installed?? so i can get some ideas??

maybe there is enough room to stick it in there using servo tape?...i dont have the reverse..so I'm not sure....anyone else?

I am not sure how big the Dynamite one is, but I have a venom fail safe inside my battery box. I don't have reverse so I had enough room in there.

OOh good call on the servo area! I was going to have him mount it on top of the radio box.

When I used to run a failsafe with reverse, I had it mounted right next to my receiver.

The key is keep it neat. The neater it is the easier it will be to tuck in all in. I have a 5 cell pack, venom fail safe, and rs300 receiver in there, and it all fits nice and neat. I added an external charge lead so I really never have to open up the box.

well i got the radio today.. its a hitec and the rx is TINY!! plus i will be running a hump pack and its smaller than the battery pack so MABY i can find a spot.. but i can't put it in the middle where the servo is supposed to go because there will be a servo there.. it has reverse..

to big to go there the dinamites are pretty big.. but i got it for free so I'm not complaining..
