This is a Tamiya TA-03R it is an older tamiya but you can still get parts for them! This one is set up for rally racing and I have ran it a couple of times on my local off road track. In light dirt this is a screamer and if you have a single jump it will handle it and float through the air in a well balanced manor. I have ran this car about 4 times and have never had a problem. I obtained the car from a guy who raced cars at his track in FL. When he moved to TN there weren't too many places to run around here and he wanted to get rid of it!
