Hey guys, I'm looking to get a new exhaust for my revo.

Being the genious that I am, I sent out the header with the 2.5r that I recently sold, so I need to either replace the whole exhaust or just the header. The header is almost $20 and I figure I might be able to get somthing better for not much more.

What do you guys think? I'll be running the new 3.3 if that makes a difference.

Well I just pmed the buyer, and he said he would ship it back to me. Which is awsome, but I also got another complete stock exhaust setup on ebay for cheap. Having a spare header won't be a bad thing though!

The trinity is a nice pipe. It added a bunch of extra power but ya the header dosent fit for anything so i use the stock one with a coupler, it works great and gives the truck wheeling power. The RD Logics is nice too.

The Trinity pipe is loud as heck. From what I hear, it's not even tunned, just a hollowed out pipe.

If your running the O.S .18, try the THS Revo 1 peice pipe.

Yeah VB, you'll need that extra header, they usually break right at the weld and always at the most inconvenient time. If your running the 2.5, check out a resonator if you can find one. Supposed to make good power on the low end but not as annoying as the Trinity in terms of loudness. I run the TM header and it's the best so far.

IF you get the new 3.3 wait for the release of the Traxxas tuned pipe.

If you break another pipe and manifold I have one attached to a lightly used 2.5r from my Revo I can work a great deal for you. (only about 20 tanks plus break in.)

Actually, I just bought a OS TM 18 revo. I've been trying to break it in over the past couple of days.

This kind of sucks now though... a couple people offered me backup headers, so I took them. Now I have 2 headers in a baggie just in case I feel like trying to fix the 2.5R.

Monkey Wrench gave me a weird header that I think will work with the OS with a little bending, so that gives me a backup one for the new engine!

Thanks for the offer though.

i put the gh pipe for the 2.5 on my 3.3 it cut down on the wheelie, lots of top end
