So I was wanting to custom fabricat some stacks for my nitro tuck I was thinking just to weild a slightly larger pipe to the tuned exaust and run it out of the be but have it split so two stacks are coming out of the bed I was wondering how will this effect how the engien runswill it impead the exaust flow at all idk if its a good idea or not some imput would be great

You could make a mounting bracket, take some steel tubing, fab up what your after the just connect it by using an exhaust coupling or an exhaust deflector....you might not want it on there all the time....visit the ERCM webpage go to videos, there's a savage with stacks coming out of the hood!

Buy what effect will it have on the engine and what about removing the tuned exaust and just running straight pipes how do u guys think that would work?

If running just straight pipes would improve performance no one would buy upgraded exhaust.

You need the tuned exhaust pipe!, it aids in the combustion process by forcing you fuel air mixture back in to the engine...r/c engines don't have exhaust valves or intake valves, thats why they have that tuned pipe. the comparison to a 1:1 and a nitro r/c are way different
I've made power in a late model truck by pulling the mufflers and running a supercharger....sometimes there was sparks from the overheated carbon deposited on the inside of the pipe, but mostly cause I wasn't the best at shifting gears at the time!.....my half ton was killer loud you could hear the dual exhaust from a 1/2 mile away... People would call and say I thought you were driving up my road...and I'd be all nope!

You buy exhaust upgrade kit cause people like alipinehyperlite and nikko508, will pull you over and site you for noise pollution.....I always argue this rule/law mainly cause with my loud pipes I have yet to run smack dab into a deer or anyone for that matter, people and animals don't wanna be on the road if they can hear you coming a 1/2-1 mile away!

I bet you alpine has a nice exhaust system on his jk. I'm sure he appreciates the sound of a nice system. As long as they aren't being complete idiots

I sure he does but it's his job to make sure nobody is creating a public nuisance...ie loud pipes, especially if he's gotta patrol in a residential area

Just so you know you will lose power with dual exhaust it will sound nice but run like crap
