just curious if anyone in here knows anything about hub adapters for the front hubs on a evader. i'd like to run traxxas wheels on my evader but would need to change the hubs for the kind that have the bearings in the hub rather than in the wheel.

i tried to drill out a set of wheels and it just didn't work rite.

You could probably make some Traxxas carriers work. Might have to do something with the turnbuckle mounting position if they end up not parallel to the arms.

i have a stampede in there maybe i'll give that a shot and see what happens.

this evader is pretty sick. i clocked it at 40mph on 2s and have a smaller spur i might try. i'm waiting on some 3s lipo's to come in and i'll give it another shot after i put a larger spur and pinion.

the way it sits now it's a little difficult to control. i wanna change the tires/wheels and hopfully get some shocks.

i'm about to do the gear conversion where i use a b2 ball diff gear. the ext differential gears and everything hold up pretty good, but there is a small pin that goes through the output shafts. that pin sheers off pretty often on the ext diff. on the st diff i usually ring out the bearing retainers in the gear.
