I've searched online a bit and I don't see any recommendations to mount an ESC on any type of cushion. Considering their value and how many Gs they take, wouldn't it be a good idea to have it seated on say a nice padded mount? Say a piece of latex foam, for example. I'm about to install a new ESC and I'm thinking I'm going to have it sitting firmly on some foam. I was just wondering why nobody talks about this. Thanks so much.

I use thick double sided foam. Seems good enough. I can also say I used zip ties and seen an og mamba head bang.
