is there a way to test the glow plug? i think mine is bad (sitting over a year and used before that) and the gas might be bad(sitting for over a year as well) I'm going to the closest hobby shop tomorow in vancouver to get some new stuff. the engine seems to try to start but it wont.

fuel might be okay.. for all the more the glowplugs cost, just replace it
 
to test a glow can be done two ways. use a vom and check the ohms. and/or put 1.0 to2.0 volts to it. it might get very warm. harbor fright has a fair vom for about $3.00
