I recently got a new Exceed Forza buggy with a .18 engine. I'm still breaking it in, but I had to change the glow plug already. The new one worked fine for the first tank. But the little washer fell off into the grass and I can't find it, and now the engine won't start, and the pull cord is kinda hard to pull. I didn't have a washer (that I could remember) on the other one and it worked fine. It might be the ignitor, but if not, do you think it's the missing washer, or could it be something else?

If the cord is hard to pull, your engine is flooded. Remove the glow plug and turn your car upside down. Then pull the pull starter and get all the fuel out. Put the glow plug back on, prime it, and keep pulling. Remember, short, strong pulls.

The engine should run without the seal ring but I wouldn't advise to keep running it that way. I would check your igniter and glow plug. Sometimes one tank is all you get on a plug if your tune is way off.

It's either the insufficient cranking speed or inadequate ignition voltage and fuel. If the engine won't crank, you are probably dealing with a starter or battery problem. If an engine cranks but refuses to start, it lacks ignition, fuel or compression.

I got an exceed forza buggy 2 speed a couple of weeks ago and i did not use it for a few day and now when i try to start it with the electric starter that i put on it wont start

Is the glow plug still working? When you first get a new rig they can go through a few plugs breaking in and tuning the engine.

:)Make sure you prime the engine said:
