engine start problems

hi I'm new to this and just recently purchased a ftx savage. it wont seem to start and when it does seems to want to fly off i have adjusted the idle control valve. i have taken the air filter off to measure the gap on the piston in the carb, but the screw dosent seem to be doing anything the piston wont move, butg will when throttle is applied so it isnt siezed. also am unsure about the other needles like the one going into the carb and high speed basically i think igt needs to go to a shop and be done properly right now can't get it started and seems pistom might be siezed :\

any one gy any help for me much apprichiated

Umm dont know what to tell you on this matter.. I suggest investing in a new HPI Nitro Powerplant

so first thing, why are u assuming the motor is siezed? It wont turn over at all? Pull start or electric?
