engine spits fuel/oil

It is fine, it just means your engine is running rich, if it is a lot then lean it out some.
 
wheres the fuel/oil comin from, if its the muffler, its cool........but like from between the header and engine, ur header would be a lil loose.
 
its the thing that conects to your exhaust pipe that leads from the engine.

Yeah, its the pipe that bolts on to the side of the engine and connects to a pipe, on a side exhaust engine.
