Engine shuts down after running

After a good run my engine just shuts down. I have a healthy stream of blue smoke (a lil ont he rich side) when I accelerate so I assume I have the HSN good. Also I've adjusted the carb idle such that it doesn't move the car but also healthy rpm to stop early stalling.

LSN is 1/4 turn leaner than factory.

What should I do?

Yes, I have this too occasionally. Right after being wot if I stop the car it can shut off within 5 -10 seconds. But if I run it for just 10 seconds on low throttle and then bring it in, it idles and keeps running.

maybe its a bad plug?
