I've managed to do it know. all things look really clean the piston has got one tiny scrach on it thats all.

can you clean the parts at all ? if so with what i was thinking to use ARO but i dont know

I would say denatured alcohol is good for cleaning. And then lube it up with ARO.

A WD40 bath would be fine also... Do yourself a favor and seal up the backplate and around the carb with some "High Temp" silicone.

I've done it i need to get crankcase bearings and can't find them anywere thundertiger pro-15BXS engine if you can find a website site or anything i get them from. as my LHS was going to charge me like 50 bucks for them but i thought i could get them cheaper than that .

I heard that WD40 actually eats away at the rubber seals. So I'm just gonna use ARO.

ok I'm gunna use ARO

do you know were i can get crankcase bearings (internet) for thundertiger pro-15BXS engine

Do the bearings have any play in them, or did the front one leak? If not you there is no reason to replace them.

If you have a digital caliber, you can order them from Bocabearings. You'll measure them first obviously.

Measure your bearing and try avid or boca. They should have what you need.

I'm making sure the young one understands that there is an awesome internet tool called Google that allows said young one to search for sites that may carry parts for his particular engine, rather than ask one of us to do it for him. I offer it merely as a time saver.

That being said, Google will work much, much better if you actually spell the engine correctly, which may pose a barrier to some individuals.

done google vgabbon my dad has got a digital calibar yes there is play in them need to get those darm things out first gunna put it in an oven soon
