which way should the fly wheel turn when your sping it over? clockwise or counter clockwise.. i think i f'd up and just put a one way bearing in backwards... probly broke somesomthine

clockwise with the engine (flywheel) facing away from you.

so you mean counterclockwise....
i put a new one way bearing in .. and it seems to be in right. i just took the engine back out. and if i spin the fly wheel it only turns counter clockwise..if I'm lookingat the engine fron the front it spins counter clockwise.. but i put it back on and i try to start it.. it made a weird ass nosie then a clank. then it stoped working.. just the ez start motor spins as if the bearing is a bad one.. any ideas?

Actually, if you are replacing the owb, check the shaft for wear. Only .001 wear can cause probs.

the bearing is brand new out the package and the shaft looks fine..
Have you checked the gears in the ez start, they can strip and cause this problem too.

just pulled it apart, no problems there at all they look brand new.. i can't tell if i have owb in backwards or not. anyone have a diagram?

The one way bearing has words printed on one side of it - those words should be installed *toward* the engine. That little trick has helped me a few times now hehe.

backwards
I'm new and i just put the virus kit together started with no probs but then it had high revs and went backwards a bit silly but any1 no why?and the guy in the shop put my engine together?:\
