ok my cen mt running fine its just that whenever it rolls over 4 more then 5 secs then filp it back over on it wheels it just bogs down it dont stall it just bogs down. can anyone help

Being upside down, it's sucking air into the line instead of fuel. It will take it a few seconds till it's done with the air bubble and again drawing fuel.
