looking for a bigger notor for the rusty that i can use stock tranny and drivetrain without tearing up stuff but i want a motor that will make a difference like i was look at a 7 port os.21 but idk help me out please if anyone has anything that will work pm me

isnt that a big block? if so you will have to do some mods to fit it. i would got with a os .15 or os .18.. i have the .18 on my rc10gt and its just stupid fast.

but the drivetrain on the nitro rusty isnt the best. with any upgrade mill you will more then likely have to upgrade the driveline

If it is the 15 version the tranny brace on the Rusty will give you trouble with most aftermarket engines, you will have to trim it. I have never tried but I don't think a 21 would fit. I had to trim quite a bit off of the brace just to put a Megatech 16 on a rusty.

A small block .21 would. I think if he went BB he'd have to to a conversion kit.. Might be wrong though. But thatd be my guess. A o.s. 18 would be more than enough power. Anything bigger would spin the tranny gears pretty quick.
