Well, I had a new Omega Picco XT21-B Super Comp enigine the after breakin just wouldn't stop flaming out. I finall got it solved(i think).
I tore down the motor and sealed the backplate. carb base and high speed needle assembly with RTV sealant. I let it set then reinstalled to buggy.
I reset the needles to factory setting and started her up. After a little tuning the motor ran harder and cooler than ever before. It never stalled til the tank was dry and idled like a champ.
I just thought I would share that experience here in the hopes that it helps someone else.
