hey guys i ended up pulling out the rc car today after a couple months.. before i attempted to start it i did all checks which made me find my brake disc totally worn, so went down to the LHS and replaced the problem....

after all that i filled up the tank, primed the engine it did take a few goes to get it running. After it started i decided to just let it sit there and warm up seeing as though it hasnt been driven for a couple months. but after roughly 20seconds the engine sounded like it was to stall and keep running then after that just died. now it will not run.....

i have taken a video of what the car is doing. if anyone has any ideas it would help heaps as i am stuck, oh and btw its a traxxas nitro sport .15

thank you

This may be a dumb question but do you use an air filter? You didn't have it on in the vid maybe to help the visual. If not dirt in the carb would be my guess. And have you tried factory settings yet?

i did take off the air filter off for the video. also carb has been set to factory... :(

It looked like it died when you gave it gas. If so hold it in the air and give it some gas. If it goes in the air but nut on the ground check your clutch.

You say it's at factory settings? The way it sounds, high idle,I see no smoke and no fuel spitting out leads me to believe it's lean. Richen up the LSN a little at a time until the idle drops some. You may need to richen the HSN too. Read the tuning guide flow chart stickied at the top of the nitro section.

Also, every .15 I've had benefited greatly from sealing and I would advise you to that too.
