I just got my rc nitro buggy. i was driving it on the raod and tried to go full throttle. when i did that, my engine just died. does anyone know whats wrong and what i should do?

Richen up the HSN. You're probably leaned out so much it's starving for fuel. If it gurgles then dies then you're too lean.

You have a tuning issue. We can point you in the right direction if you can describe to your best ability what is going on before it dies and what you're doing with the throttle.

true starving for fuel or to musch fuel. does it run smooth and clean or gurgle and slow?

It could also be a weak plug. My buddy had this happen Sunday. Any time he would give it alot of gas (long straights around my driveway oval), his car would die. We took out his plug (coil was mishaped but still glowing), put in a new one, and it was ok again. At first I thought there was some other problem, but we checked the tune and everything else was fine. Its worth a try.

Diver6127,
my buggy is running smoothly and then when i pull the throttle as far back as it will go it starts to gurgle and then it just dies.
