I looked up my default settings for my GRP .21 Tuned nitro and it says .045 in from flush.

.045 what? MM? Inches? Degrees?

Who measure inches in decimal?

I'm going to email the LOSI guys and see what the heck they are talking about. I've found so many typos and errors in manuals since starting this hobby. It wont surprise me if this is an error.

.045 would definately be an inch measurment. For close tolerence machining, we only go 2 decimal places for metric dimensions.

It can't be inches. That would be 45/1000 of an inch. Thats not even measurable unless you use some kind of engineering caliper.

Yep, 45/1000 is correct. It's very measureable, just not for average Joe rc'er. That's what Lessen was meaning when he said they usually refer to "turns" of the screw. It's what I do everyday, sometimes down to .0001 tolerence.

Here is the problem. Thats 9/200 of an inch. Thats not even a turn, or half a turn, or heck even 45 degrees.

BTW, I emailed Losi and asked, and haven't gotten a response.
