With so many packs out there what is a good one that I can use for midnight pumpkin and rustler. Currently I use just 6 cell 1200-1500 mah packs. I see you can get packs with 5000 mah. Would I notice a huge performance gain? Is it worth the money? Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks:\

allbattery.com for nimh's. You'll notice a huge difference by going with 3800's and up. Look at tenergy and intellect packs. If your rusty has a xl5, throw an 8 cell in it. Make sure your charger can charge it first. A good cheap charger can be found on ebay. Search, universal smart charger. For the price, they work well. They just charge a bit on the slow side. Good for 6 to 10 cell packs.

Sorry to jack thread but is it bad to mix Mah rated batterys eg 4200 and a 3000NiMH i can seem to find any 7.2v that has a 3000 now days

Mix them? As in the same vehicle running two packs at the same time like in an E-Maxx? If that is the case then yes it's not a good idea. But you can run a 1200 MaH then a 5000Mah then a 2000....what ever you want really. Oh yeah Crush....heck yeah you will see a big difference with a bigger pack!
