Same with the ME-262. Both are a lot of fun. Of course, they are EDF's, so they are not easy to fly either

Yessiree, then its time to scout out the cool Super Decathalon kit, its got a really vivid decal scheme, and id love to see you unbox and fly that bird. $200 bucks is pricy for me, but maybe next spring.

It looks like $270 to me, but it looks like a great plane all of the way around.

Back in the 80s we had a buddy at Luck Field that had a Starduster too that I caught a ride in with some aerobatics included. Dirty Dan was his name, there was a dude that had a Decathalon out there with rag and steel tube air frame, wood and rag wings, fiber glass cowling and wheel pants Lycoming engine with inverted fuel injection and I think it was green and white or red and white with the star burst on the wing. It was awesome. The Christian Eagle has a similar paint job to the Starduster.

Congrats!

I wouldn't try to fly it on 3S. You always want power in reserve for an EDF, especially in turns. If you want to slow it down, use your throttle for that

Hey GB, Look what I got...Captain Blaz quick! The beautiful and sexy UUU mx f86 saber from Horizon Hkkkkobbby. LOL! I went ahead and ordered the correct 4 cell battery, and the connector. What's with these connectors?, I can wire up a battle ship with the wires I have.

Very cool man! I have learned it is normally best to fly off of HH's recommended packs, so the wires are a worthy investment IMHO

You know, I ordered the birdy, the silly connector and the specktrum 4 c battery, they all came 1 day before Christmas. Now thats outstanding, they somehow knew I wanted to wrap em up and stash em under the tree. Horizon Hobby rocks! I think they are up in Chicago land and I'm down here in the DFW metroplex so thats a little trip for the semi truck. Great company, they got my buisness fer sure!
