Dynamite .21 engine

The dynamite .21 engine that comes stock in the losi 8ight with sidewinder 20% nitro....is an OS#8 plug ok or should I go with the colder R5 plug? Oh I live in south west Florida, usually running in 90* weatger with 80% humidity

I find that my big blocks tend to run better on a bit cooler plug. I run 25% fuel though these days. When I ran 20%, I ran os #8's and MC-8's a lot. Now I run odonnel purple in my big blocks and OS LC4 in my OS21TM in my revo. Both of which are medium temp plugs.

The LC4 Is a long reach glow plug, how will I know if this will work in my engine?

Sorry, don't go with that one for yours. I was just giving an example. That's for traxxas engines or the OS18Tm/21TM engine. I'd try the other one I linked, odonnel purple.
