Ok I am wanting to do a dual steering servo for a Maxx. I have removed the rec box and I am going to mount the 2nd servo on the other side. I am trying to cut the chassis. I don't have a mill so what would be the best Dremel Bit to use??? I am not sure which one to use. So I thought that some of you hardcore Dremel guys might know the best bit for cutting T6 aluminum. Or whatever the thickness is on the maxx chassis. Thanks for any input.

I would just use a basic cutting wheel and just take your time, dont apply a lot of pressure let the blade do the work, they tend to heat up and break if you try to force it to cut. Defiently wear protective glasses, it doenst feel very good getting small particales of metal in your eyes or have a blade break and blind you.

if you have a drill or even a drill press you could use a metal bit and drill out the majority of the metal then use the dremle to finish up. that would make it alot easyer and quicker.. possible even use a jigsaw with the right blade

Thanks the cutting wheel did it. Took awhile and I got a little impatient, but the cutting wheel didn't break just got really small. Thank goodness. Thanks for all the input!!!
