A little ringing is normal; there's a metal to metal contact going on there. It's perfectly normal, and will diminish as the brakes wear in.

how did u set the brakes up? shouldnt be any griding.

brake bar/pad disc brake bar disc brake bar/pad

brake bar is not the true name for the things, but god i can't think of the right name right now

You can threadlock the grub "post" screw (the one that holds the outdrive cup onto the transmission) - in fact, I recommend that you do, as well as tightening it down as tight as you can get it. The blue stuff is more than sufficient.

The hex thing that the brakes ride on is actually called a "brake hub". Wierd name, but that's what they call 'em. If your brakes are assembled properly, and the brake hub/outdrive is properly installed, the discs should never come off the hub (unless the two screws that hold the shoe-bars to the transmission come loose).

Have you ever Heard about this grub post screw comming off like that...and do you think it damages anything from your opinion...?

I have seen it come loose. It's not common, but it can happen. It shouldn't have damaged anything, provided you caught it in time.
