What did you do to refit the cover over the module???

You have to dremel the center of the module cover (if it's the one with the bar down the middle.
Also, dremel around the area where the button is for the binding.

It's a tight fit, but you will be able to pop the module cover on.

Don't forget to set the radio to PPM mode! drove me crazy for a while. I thought my receiver was broken.
