drilling out stock pipe????

isnt the stock revo pipe plastic? Never heard of "Drilling" out a pipe before.. :idk:
 
you can drill out the stinger on the stock pipe and it gives you a little bit better power and it dont take much as long as you dont drill out to much and make the stinger week. just find a drill bit the is just a lil bit bigger then the stinger hole and drill it out then make sure you clean the pipe out so you dont get any thing inside your motor and you should notice a lil bit of a diff
 
I agree, if it works for one pipe, it has to work for another. Sounds like a graet idea, but wouldn't this allow good gas to escape without being resonated (if thats the word) back into the chamber?

Does anyone know where to get a thermometer probe for the exhaust? How much does the EGT inside of the pipe affect the performance? I read an article on it but I can't remember the just of it.
