i am switching form a non-pull starter engine to a pull starter. i have the HPI non pull start flywheel which is 32MM i was wondering if i could use this for my new p/s mill or if i would have to buy the pull start flywheel? by the way the pull startt flywheel is 40MM. what difference will it make to the car if i did use the non pull start flywheel on the pull start engine? can someone please LMK

i do not think there will be any problem between the two flywheels for a non-pull start or pull-start engine. only difference flywheels can make is throttle response, with the heavier flywheel giving the engine slightly less response.

Alkyula,
thanks for the response. i hhope your right. you can sleep well tonight knowing that you saved someone $20

have to agree with alkyula, I think the only diffrence in flywheel size is for starter box use.
